Our Story

Doyon’s Appliance is a family owned and operated business located on the North Shore of Massachusetts. We have three showrooms conveniently located along the route 128 belt; Bedford, Reading and Gloucester. Since our inception in 1950, Doyon’s has grown its business over the years by providing the highest level of customer support during the buying process and supporting our customers through our service department after the sale has taken place.

Doyon’s is an independent company that specializes in major household appliances and kitchen design. In our showrooms we display all the major brand name appliances, ranging from Frigidaire, GE, Whirlpool, to the Commercial brand names such as Viking, Subzero/Wolf and Thermador. We are also factory certified to service all the brands that we carry. So, if you purchase from Doyon’s and have a problem, you won’t be calling 800 numbers or dealing with the manufacturer when you have the option to work with us, your local appliance dealer.

Our knowledge of appliances, and kitchen design is what sets us high above the competition. At Doyon’s, you’ll be able to sit down with a professional kitchen designer and design the kitchen of your dreams. Our sales team have all been factory trained and have taken trips to the manufacturing plants to learn the ins and outs of all the brands. We have many years of experience in the field and some of our sales team have come up through the ranks getting their start on the delivery trucks. With their advice and expertise, we can help you select your new kitchen appliances and cabinets at any budget.
