Our Commitment To You During COVID-19

With the landscape constantly changing around COVID-19, we want all our customers to know that we are here to help you. The health and wellbeing of our staff, families and customers is our top priority. We have many ways that you can shop with us, right from the safety and comfort of your own home.

For those that feel a bit more comfortable going out, our showrooms are open. We will be there to greet you at a safe distance. Our hours which can be found on our contact page. You can enter our showrooms confidently knowing that we’re doing our part to keep you safe as we carefully follow the safety recommendations from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. We are making sure that our showrooms are cleaned more frequently; this includes additional cleaning and sanitizing to high traffic areas, displays, counter tops, doorknobs, restrooms, etc.

If any one of our staff, Sales, Service or Deliveries, isn’t feeling well, they have been instructed to stay home. In addition to our employees being asked to stay home if they are not feeling well, we also ask our customers to stay home if they too are not feeling well. We want to keep everyone safe.

Shopping Options

Online – Please feel free to shop online and browse the different products and lines we carry. You can simply select the item(s) you’re interested in, add them to your cart, and proceed to check out. Upon check out a sales associate will reach out to you to coordinate store pick up, or delivery.

Chat – We also have an online chat feature that allows you to text with a live sales associate to answer your questions. They can confirm price, availability, as well as delivery and installation questions. We can send you specs and even a quote via the chat program.

Phone – You can call our showrooms and press option 1 to speak with a sales associate, or option 2 to schedule service. Our phones have been set up so that if one location doesn’t answer in a timely fashion that the call will be redirected to another showroom with available lines to help minimize your wait time.

Email – On our website we have contacts for each store location. Please feel free to email us any questions you may have regarding, sales, service or delivery. Once we receive the email, we’ll get right back to with the information you’re looking for.

Delivery – We are still offering delivery. Our deliver crews are also taking extra steps to ensure that they are sanitizing before and after each delivery. In order to respect peoples wishes we offer a variety of delivery options…

  1. Delivery and installation → We are still performing delivery and installation. We ask that customers leave plenty of space between themselves and our delivery crews, that they help by opening and closing doors, to minimize unnecessary contact. If someone in the house is not feeling well, we ask that they postpone their scheduled delivery and install for a date 14 days from the originally scheduled date, to ensure proper recovery time.
  2. We are also offering drop off delivery which would include two forms.
    • Dropped off in the box in their driveway, garage or shed.
    • Unboxed and dropped off in their driveway, garage or shed.

Service – We are still offering in home service and repair to our customers. As part of our social responsibility we want to ensure that our customers, and community members, have appliances that are operational to help aid in keeping and maintaining healthy lifestyles. For the safety of our service technicians we ask that our customers allow plenty of space for them while they’re working, as well as assisting with opening and closing doors to minimize unnecessary contact.
